Congratulations Mr. Nguyen Xuan Tuan Anh - Director of Hai Duong Center for Special Education has successfully completed the project task: "Responding to Educational needs of learning with disabilities in Emergencies" organized by Seameo Secretariat, Seameo Sen (Regional Centre for Special Education of Southest Asian Coutries), Seameo Seamolec, UNESCO and Global Partnership for Education (GPE) as Program reviewer from Vietnam.
